As we celebrate with our students this year we want to congratulate all our students, families and staff across our schools for another year of strong results.
This year at A Level, our A* to C pass rate is higher than last year, at 70%. At BTEC, students awarded Distinctions and Merits are now at 89%, a 6 percentage point increase on last year’s results.
The destinations for our students have increased too this year, with 96% of our sixth formers going into education, employment or apprenticeships. Those going to university has increased to 61% and of this group, over a third were accepted into ranked top tier universities.
We also know that around 16% of our students are choosing an apprenticeship and another 16% are planning to go into employment.
