Students across Lift Schools are celebrating their key stage 5 exam results today.
Alongside many exceptional individual successes, the trust achieved an uplift in applied general and vocational outcomes, putting performance ahead of the national picture.

Among those also celebrating is Archie Wilson from Lift Greensward, who achieved four A* grades in Chemistry, Maths, Further Maths and Statistics and has secured his place to read Maths at Emmanuel College, University of Cambridge.
Nel Mikos from Lift Richmond Park achieved an A* and three As in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Spanish and will take up her place to study Biochemistry at St Hilda’s College, University of Oxford.

Across our schools, staff are now supporting every student to take their next step, whether that is university, an apprenticeship, further study, training or employment.
As a result, our young people are stepping confidently into a wide variety of career paths, from aerospace engineering degrees to apprenticeships in journalism and business management.
Principals from across the trust have praised students and staff alike, highlighting the shared determination and hard work behind this year's achievements.
Marc Cologne, Principal at Lift Clacton, which delivered some of the most impressive grade improvements across both A-level and Applied General courses, said: “Our students at Lift Clacton have truly made history this year, securing our highest ever results for A*-C grades whilst continuing to secure exceptional outcomes across Level 3 qualifications.
“These record-breaking results are a powerful indicator of how Lift Clacton continues to drive forward, elevating educational standards year after year and setting new benchmarks for academic excellence."
Katie Scarnell, Principal at Lift Greensward, said: “These were the students whose formative years at the school were marred by covid enforced lockdowns; to leave us now with the grades that have set them up for their futures is testament to their hard work, resilience and ambition. We fully understand that any success is a team effort and so my thanks go to the staff and parents who played their part in making today such a happy one.”
